During the event, find some shade inside the John Beedle Volunteer Centre to view the entries for the annual Rose Show, or by visiting the Gift Show to pick up a Guided Walking Map! The event features tours of the historic site lead by costumed interpreters, a historic photo display, and historic demonstrations. Visitors can also enjoy a refreshing glass of lemonade as well as family-friendly games and activities.
Discover the roots of St. Albert's vibrant downtown with a Historic Walking Tour! This guided walking tour begins at the Little White School (2 Madonna Drive) at 6:30pm on Thursday, July 20, 2017. Tours are available with a $3 donation and are one to two-hours in length.
Until July 29, 2017, the Art Gallery of St. Albert hosts Technological Wanders. In this exhibit artist and art educator Twyla Exner recycles electronics into unique sculptural pieces inspired by creatures of the deep and microscopic organisms to explore the relationship between technology and natural and man-made landscapes. From Friday, July 14, 2017 to Thursday, July 20, 2017, pick up a passport at a participating location, or print one from the library website to collect all 13 passport stamps! Find a Canadian symbol at St. Albert Public Library, Art Gallery of St. Albert, St. Albert Grain Elevator Park, Museé Héritage Museum, Arden Theatre, Midtown Apothecary, Cranky’s Bike Shop, The Bookstore on Perron, Candy Bouquet, Fountain Park Recreation Centre, Father Lacombe Chapel, The Running Room, and Savior's Café to get your passport stamped. Once all the stamps have been found, participants will be entered to win a prize pack! In addition to The Great Canadian Scavenger Hunt, there will be a Wrap-Up Party in the lobby of St. Albert Place on Friday, July 21 from 10:30am to 11:30am, where the winner of the prize pack will be drawn.

Rock'n August presents Rock'n April. A benefit concert in support of the Alberta Diabetes Foundation will be held April 16, 2016 starting at 6:30. The concert stars Kenny Shields and Streetheart with special guests Dash Riprock. The evening will also have a 50/50 draw, a silent auction, a concession, and much more to fund life changing diabetes research.
